Please note, enrollment in our Membership Weight Loss Program includes the following:
- Monthly Membership Fee: $125
- Medication Costs:
- Semaglutide (120mg for a 4-6 week supply): $120 per vial
- Tirzepatide (2.5ml vial for a 4-week supply): $185 per vial
Can I use my insurance to obtain medication for the weight loss program?
Yes! You can use your insurance to cover the cost of the medication. In this case, you would only be responsible for the monthly membership fee of $125, which covers the comprehensive services that come with being a member.
By enrolling, you will receive access to the weight loss program, including the necessary GLP-1 medication, along with ongoing support and resources to help you achieve your weight loss goals.

Inclusion Criteria for GLP-1 Medications:
- BMI ≥ 30, or BMI ≥ 27 with weight-related health conditions (e.g., type 2 diabetes, hypertension, sleep apnea).
- Age 18 years or older or greater than the age of 15 with guardian premission.
- No history of thyroid cancer (personal or family) or multiple endocrine neoplasia type 2 (MEN2).
- No history of pancreatitis or severe gastrointestinal issues.
- No known allergies or severe reactions to GLP-1 medications.
- No active eating disorders or severe mental health conditions, such as depression with suicidal ideation.
- Willingness to commit to a healthy lifestyle, including dietary and exercise changes.
Exclusion Criteria for GLP-1 Medications:
- History of thyroid cancer or multiple endocrine neoplasia type 2 (MEN2).
- History of pancreatitis or severe gastrointestinal conditions.
- Allergy to GLP-1 medications (e.g., Ozempic, Wegovy, Saxenda).
- Severe depression or suicidal ideation.
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding (GLP-1 medications are not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding).
- Severe cardiovascular disease (as determined by your healthcare provider).
